Frequently asked questions

Good to know

Do we get a tailor-made proposal?

Yes. Within 3 days you receive a proposal with package, playing time, start time, travel costs and any arrangements about food and drinks.

What time do you arrive?

The band is at the venue a quarter of an hour before the agreed start time. If you book dancers too, they arrive about an hour beforehand — they need their own lockable dressing room from that moment.

What if our programme runs late?

Let us know as early as possible. Because we often have several performances on one day, we cannot simply start later or play longer. The first 15 minutes of waiting time are free; after that we charge €20 per performer per half hour started.

Do you need power or a stage?

Basically we play fully acoustically: no power, no stage and no sound system needed. Would you like a set-up with amplification or microphones? Let us know in your request and we will arrange it.

What are the travel costs?

We calculate travel costs based on the distance to the venue. Our proposal always states a concrete amount — no surprises afterwards.
