All In 1 Music Brassband · version September 2026

These terms apply to every booking with All In 1 Music Brassband. They are not there to complicate things, but to give you and us clarity in advance — so that on the day itself we can all focus on the party.

Booking and confirmation

A booking is final as soon as we have confirmed your acceptance of the proposal in writing, by email or WhatsApp. Until then we hold the date without obligation; if there are several requests for the same date, the first confirmation applies.

  • The confirmation states date, start time, playing time, package, location and total price.
  • You can always submit changes after confirmation; we will process them if our schedule allows.

Prices and travel costs

All prices mentioned are starting prices for a performance of at least 20 minutes and exclude travel costs. The proposal always states a concrete total amount.

  • We calculate travel costs based on the distance to the venue.
  • Any parking or toll costs at the venue are charged on if they are not reimbursed by the client.
  • Amounts mentioned are in euros.

Playing time and scheduling

On many days we play several performances for different clients back to back. Each booking therefore gets a fixed time slot with an agreed start time and playing time.

  • The band arrives at the venue a quarter of an hour before the agreed start time.
  • Dancers arrive about an hour before the performance and have a dressing room at their disposal from that moment.
  • The performance starts at the agreed time, even if the client's programme has overrun.
  • By arrangement, the playing time can be divided over several shorter sets.

Delays, waiting time and overrun

If the event programme overruns, the agreed time slot remains leading. Because we are often expected at another client right afterwards, we cannot start later or play on unplanned.

  • The client reports an expected delay as soon as possible, preferably well before the agreed start time.
  • The first 15 minutes of waiting time are free. After that a waiting-time surcharge of €20 per performer per half hour started applies.
  • Waiting time at the venue — because the space is still occupied, the audience has not yet arrived or other causes on the client's side — falls outside the playing time and is charged at the rate above.
  • Playing longer is only possible if our schedule allows it. The surcharge is €20 per performer per extra half hour started.
  • If we are delayed, we inform the client immediately and look for a suitable solution together.

Food, drinks and facilities at the venue

To be able to perform well, we ask the client to arrange a number of basic facilities.

  • For performances longer than 20 minutes, the client provides food and drinks for all performers. This is included free of charge in the booking.
  • If the client cannot or does not want to arrange this, we will do it ourselves for €25 per performer. Please state this in advance when booking.
  • A lockable room to change and store instruments.
  • An opportunity to load and unload near the entrance and parking in the vicinity.
  • A free playing area that suits the booked line-up.

Weather conditions

For outdoor performances we ask for a dry, covered alternative location. Drums and brass instruments cannot withstand rain.

  • In case of rain, extreme cold, strong wind or thunderstorms, the performance may be moved to the alternative location.
  • If no suitable alternative location is available, the performance may be cancelled without the right to a refund.

Dancers and performers

With the Premium and Full Experience packages, dancers can be part of the performance.

  • Dancers always have their own lockable dressing room; a public toilet does not count as an alternative.
  • Dancers arrive about an hour before the start and have access to the dressing room from that moment.
  • Our performers are treated with respect; physical contact takes place only on their own initiative.
  • In case of unwelcome behaviour towards our performers, the performance may be ended without the right to a refund.

Sound, permits and safety

The client arranges the necessary permits and notifications for the event and the performance, and is responsible for a safe performance environment.

  • Any noise limits or finishing times of the venue or municipality are communicated to us in advance.
  • We basically play acoustically; amplification is agreed in advance.

Payment

The method and time of payment are set out in the proposal and repeated in the confirmation.

  • Invoices are sent by email.
  • For larger bookings a deposit may be requested; this will then be stated in the proposal.

Cancellation and rescheduling

We understand that plans sometimes change. The scale below applies per booking.

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the start: €0 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the start: 50% of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start or a no-show: 100% of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation is always in writing by email or WhatsApp.
  • When rescheduling to a date on which we are available, the cancellation fees lapse and the other arrangements remain valid.

Liability

We take care of the venue and the people around us. For damage outside that, the usual limits apply.

  • Our liability is limited to at most the amount of the booking concerned.
  • The client is responsible for damage to our instruments or equipment caused by guests or third parties.
  • We are not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential loss or lost income.

Photo, video and sound recordings

During performances we like to take photos and videos for our own website and social media.

  • If you don't want that, let us know in advance — we will take it into account.
  • Recordings by guests for personal use are always welcome; for commercial use we ask for permission in advance.

Force majeure

If a performance cannot go ahead due to force majeure — think of illness, accident, extreme weather or government measures — we will inform you as soon as possible.

  • We will do our best to find a suitable replacement or a new date.
  • If that is not possible, amounts already paid for the cancelled performance will be refunded.
