Well prepared

What we agree together

A performance by All In 1 is part of a tightly planned artist schedule. With these arrangements you know exactly where you stand — and so do we.

Time and scheduling

On many days we play several performances for different clients back to back. Each booking therefore gets a fixed time slot: an agreed start time and an agreed playing time.

  • The band arrives at the venue a quarter of an hour before the start.
  • Booking dancers? They arrive about an hour before the performance and need a dressing room from that moment.
  • The performance starts at the agreed time, even if the programme has overrun.
  • The agreed playing time is fixed; the end of the set does not shift with the delay.

Delays and overrun

Is your programme running late? Let us know as early as possible, preferably well before the agreed start time. Then we can see what is still possible without the next client having to wait.

  • If a delay is not reported or reported too late, we charge waiting time: the first 15 minutes are free; after that €20 per performer per half hour started.
  • Waiting time at the venue — for example because the space is still occupied or the guests are not there yet — falls within the agreed time slot.
  • Playing longer is only possible if our schedule allows it. The surcharge is €20 per performer per extra half hour started.
  • If we are delayed, for example by traffic, you will hear from us immediately and we will look for the best solution together.

Food, drinks and facilities

A 20-minute set asks little of you. If we stay longer, our performers do need something to stay sharp.

  • For performances longer than 20 minutes, the client provides food and drinks for all performers.
  • Not possible at your venue? Let us know in advance — then we will arrange it ourselves and charge a surcharge.
  • A lockable room to change and store instruments safely.
  • Loading and unloading close to the entrance, and parking nearby.
  • Playing outdoors? Then arrange a dry, covered spot in case of rain — drums and brass instruments cannot get wet.

Dancers and performers

With Premium and Full Experience you can add our dancers. They complete the show — and need a few fixed facilities.

  • Dancers always need their own lockable dressing room. A public toilet is not an alternative.
  • They arrive about an hour before the performance; the dressing room is available from that moment.
  • We agree costumes in advance based on the theme and atmosphere of your event.
  • We kindly ask your guests to treat our performers with respect: touching only happens at their own invitation.
Frequently asked questions

Good to know

Where do you play?
We are based in Lelystad and play all over the Netherlands, in Europe and, by arrangement, worldwide. We calculate travel costs based on distance and they always appear as a concrete amount in our proposal.
What time do you arrive?
The band is at the venue a quarter of an hour before the agreed start time. If you book dancers too, they arrive about an hour beforehand — they need their own lockable dressing room from that moment.
What if my programme runs late?
Let us know as early as possible. Because we often have several performances on one day for different clients, we cannot simply start later or play longer. The first 15 minutes of waiting time are free; after that we charge €20 per performer per half hour started. If it gets late and the performance is no longer possible, the playing time is reduced and the waiting time is settled.
Do we have to provide food and drinks?
Only if the performance lasts longer than 20 minutes and we then still have to stay. Finished after 20 minutes? Then you don't have to arrange anything. If we stay longer, we ask you to provide food and drinks for the performers — that is free of charge. Not possible at your venue? Let us know in advance — then we arrange it ourselves for €25 per performer.
Until when can I cancel?
You can cancel free of charge up to more than 48 hours before the performance. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours beforehand, we charge 50% of the booking amount. For cancellation less than 24 hours before the start or a no-show, 100% applies. In doubt? Get in touch — we always first look together at whether rescheduling is possible.
Are dancers included with Impact and Premium?
No, with Impact (from 5 performers) and Premium (from 7 performers) dancers can optionally be added. Only with Full Experience (from 10 performers) are dancers included as standard. Please state in your request whether you want dancers, and we will include this in the proposal.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better: in spring and summer, weekends are often fully booked months ahead. Have a date at short notice? Just ask — sometimes it works out after all.
Do you also play outdoors?
Certainly, playing outdoors is our speciality. We do ask for a dry, covered spot on standby in case of rain — drums and brass instruments cannot get wet.
Do you need power or sound equipment?
Basically we play fully acoustically — no power, no stage, no sound system needed. Would you like a set-up with amplification or microphones? Let us know in your request and we will arrange it.
How much space do you need?
For a small line-up a few square metres is enough. For a larger group with dancers, a free space of about four by four metres works best, with some room to move through the audience.
Can you play at several moments?
Yes, we can divide the playing time over two or three shorter sets — for example at the reception and later in the evening. Mention it in your request and we will take it into account in the planning.
What are the travel costs?
We calculate travel costs based on the distance to the venue. Our proposal always states a concrete amount — no surprises afterwards.
Can we request a specific song?
Let us know well in advance. If it suits our line-up and there is time to rehearse it, we will do our best. For a first dance or entrance we are happy to think along with you.
